Member Benefits

There are a number of important business reasons for manufacturers to join or renew their membership in the Association for Fiscal Year 2019/2020. They are:

Health Insurance - COMA is in the process of creating an Association Health Plan (AHP) for the membership.  COMA is covered under the old regulations and is, therefore, not affected by the recent legal issues raised with the U.S. Department of Labor by a federal district judge.  The COMA AHP will be a fully-funded plan like the Oklahoma Manufacturers Health Plan, COMA's previous health plan.

Dental Insurance - Members are eligible to participate in dental insurance underwritten and administered by Delta Dental of Oklahoma.

Workers' Compensation Insurance - Members are eligible to participate in a workers' compensation insurance program offered through Jeff Clymer, COMA's Property & Casualty insurance consultant.  A written safety plan is required.  Mr. Clymer is also available to review your business (property & casualty) insurance plans.

Legal Compliance & Litigation - The Wells Law Firm provides legal representation for both "non-litigation" and "litigation" matters.

Marketing and Web Development - CreativeState offers professional services in the areas of marketing strategy/consulting, graphic design, website development, custom software development and search engine optimization.

Pre-Hire Screening Services - Services include national and federal criminal searches, workers' compensation search, employment/educational/reference verification, driving record search and Form I-9 verification.

Collection Services - Full service commercial collections are available through Metropolitan Accounts Receivable Specialists (M.A.R.S.) on a contingency basis.

Shipping Services - COMA has partnered with Premier Logistics to offer a program specifically designed to lower your shipping costs! This specialized program offers discounts on customized solutions for all of your shipping needs from small packages to palletized freight.  Their services cover both national and international freight.

Web/Mobile Services - Development of custom applications to manage data and automate business processes by BrickWire.

Video Production - Editing and graphic design for corporate branding, products, sales, informational and training videos and all forms of multimedia by C9 Productions.

Owens Communications - Eliminate business delays/expedite business process with better communication tools and procedures.  Services provided include Products, Services, Installation, Engineering, Consulting and Product Support.

On-Hold Messaging and Indoor Digital Signage - Works 24 offers member discounts on these services.  Works 24's easy online system allows you to update the marketing content on your phone or flat-screen TV's in a matter of minutes.

 Additonal benefits include:

Impact - With more than 350 members and employees totaling over 12,000, the Association has become an important voice with state legislators.

Training/Seminars - Most of the technology centers in central Oklahoma offer a unique package of training classes/credits for companies located in their district.  When appropriate, half-day seminars on manufacturing-related topics are offered to member companies.

Networking - Networking, a vital part of any organization, is an integral part of each bimonthly meeting, a time to visit with other manufacturers to exchange information.
